Overview

The Programme aims at the study Audio and Visual Communications within the broader areas of communications and entertainment media and culture. Within a creative and critical educational environment, the programme addresses the needs and expectations of future professionals, both in terms of technical skills and of theoretical and aesthetic knowledge perspectives. Students will explore their critical, reflective and analytical thinking will be able to produce, communicate and deliver creative ideas professionally applying various cultural forms and perspectives, within the boundaries of social and ethical responsibilities. Students will acquire skills and experiences to become involved in all aspects and stages of a production and post-production for the creation of a complete artifact.

Occupational Profiles of the Graduates
Graduates of the BA Degree in Audiovisual Communication will master audiovisual techniques and technological resources needed for the correct visualization of audiovisual content in various media. Holders of the Degree will have a unique combination of creative design and software specializations which will enables them to take advantage of opportunities in video and audio production and post-production, motion graphics, web and graphic design
